HP User Advisory Support Service gives your technology users access to advice and assistance for printing products and popular software applications, including multivendor Web browsers, word processing, antivirus, and mail applications from major vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, and Netscape. User Advisory Support (UAS) Service provides you with a single source of end-user telephone or Internet technical support for printing products and a wide range of multivendor business software packages. UAS includes advisory support and technical assistance on the features and usage of printing products and software business applications and utilities running in Microsoft operating-system environments. UAS is available in two service options for eligible products. For details, see "Coverage windows" in Table 1.
