Rated 5 out of 5 byDAArg from Poorly DesignedThe printer is good and works correctly, except that printing on legal paper seems like it was an after thought. In order to load legal paper in the tray it has to stick out through the front like 4 inches. Yes, even if you buy the additional tray it is also not designed for legal paper, it is ugly that it has to stick out 4 inches to the front. It looks like somebody forgot to close the paper tray. Normally legal paper trays should stick out to the back of the printer. This thing is UGLY with that tray sticking out.

I used my old one until I couldn't find the toner replacements (even from HP). This new printer is quiet, fast and easy to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJohnS43 from Paper jams in the fuser and HP's poor service bricks this deviceAt our organization, we have 3 out of 4 get paper jams in the fuser. The fuser is not user serviceable. HP has been reluctant to have a service person come fix them. Effectively bricking our devices.I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Rated 5 out of 5 byAftermath from OEM Software IssuesThis printer is great but the software is lacking. The standalone driver package installs fine but I tried installing the full suite 3 times on Windows 10 and each time the install failed at 99%. HP offered a work around saying that the universal print driver was being installed when the PCL driver should be installed. HP suggested manually installing the PCL driver when the installation tried to automatically install the universal driver. This did not work and I was forced to use Windows fax and scan.

Rated 5 out of 5 byDRB5600 from Great value but no shortcut keysThis printer is an excellent value and works well but it takes about 8 clicks to scan and email a document to yourself or someone else. We often have, say, 16 invoices to scan, and the having to click through the menus 8 times for each one does not work for us. We called and asked about a simpler way, such as setting up a shortcut keys, but that is not possible with this printer. We were forced to move this printer to another area and purchase one which would allow shortcut keys to be set up.
