Rated 5 out of 5 bySamInTexas from Overall it's an okay printer. Issue with scanner is why we are getting it replaced.The ease of use is good for a printer. Setting up the printer and installing it was extremely easy as it was practically, plug in and good to go. Maintenance for replacing the ink and paper is painless and simple.The only reason why this doesn't have a better review is because every time the scan feeder is used for bulk scans, there is a dark vertical line that runs down the middle of each page. Because we just recently purchase this printer, we are getting it replaced to due warranty. I am hoping that the replacement one solves this issue and it was just a one off issue.

The order arrived quickly.My only complaint is that double-sided feature was not clear in the specs and the CDW agent I worked with was able to find this printer for me.

Two weeks so far and running smoothly. But thee's one thing that irks me: the interface for the scan-to-email function requires a lot of clicking to do a simple scan. It's counterintuitive compared to the interface of older scan-to-email-abled HP printers. Overall, I do recommend this printer if you want multil-function and color.

This printer has very good features for a small business and in a small footprint. However, the construction is not a sturdy as I had hoped. The paper tray is very thin and plastic. We purchased the 2 yr on site warranty so hopefully this will cover any tray issues that may arise over daily use. The machine is extremely quiet and quick and the office loves it!

Quality of the printed product is excellent. We've run several different sizes and quality of paper and experienced no problems. We recently ran a very large quantity, about 8,000 pages with no problems, not jams, and the quality was consistent throughout the entire run. I would highly recommend this printer to others.

Text and business graphics are excellent and picture quality is good. The color LCD touchscreen provides easy to read menu options and ease of use. The overall performance of this printer are above average and provide good value for a laser MFP in this price range. Picture quality and cost per page are the reason why I did not select a five star rating in all categories, but it is a top choice for an MFP when considering price and performance against competitive MFP's in it's class.
