We also needed a paper tray that held a ream of paper so we weren't always adding paper. The printer plugged into our network a worked on all computers on the network.

The value is superb, this is what I call the bang for the buck. Very reliable, I never have to worry about any issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 bysnowrider from So far so goodPrinter works well almost all the time, although tray sensors seem twitchy - occasionally have to jiggle a paper tray to help the printer "find" it. Have used many Laserjets since my first III, and while none since have been as enormous and heavy as the III, this is the flimsiest-feeling machine yet; wondering whether it will become a maintenance risk with regular use.All the rest is pretty much usual for Laserjet: print quality is good, relatively few feed issues once it finds the tray, toner cartridges overpriced. Service at CDW was excellent.
