Rated 5 out of 5 by from Review of HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 MF Printer I have been quite pleased with my new HP OfficeJet Pro printer. Quality:The printer itself is quite sturdy without being too large. The touch screen is responsive and bright, but I would be nice if it was a bit larger. That being said, I mainly use the printer through the HP Smart app, so the touch screen serves its purpose.Setup:I found the setup to be quite easy, including the setting up of wireless printing. Print Quality:The print quality of both documents (black and white and color) and photos is quite good. As a matter of fact my wife thought that the photos I showed her had been professionally done as opposed to being printed on my HP OfficeJetEase of Use:It is just as easy to print wirelessly from either my printer or phone. I have even been able to quickly print large photos wirelessly without the need to make a USB connection.Scanning:Not only is scanning easy to do, but I particularly enjoyed the printer`s ability to scan double sided documents which I find very helpful when scanning larger, double sided documents.If I were to change a couple things about the printer, I would increase the size of the paper tray to fit a full ream of paper. Also, I wish there was a manual feeder option for printing photos and envelopes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quick fax I bought this because my old fax machine could only take 5 pages at a time and I had to stand there and watch that it didn’t pass 2 pages together. Took forever to send a 40 page document. This new HP is awesome. Put the papers in, dial the number and walk away. Come back and it is done along with a page to confirm that it went thru and how many pages went thru. Love it!!!!

Had an issue setting it up and getting everything updated, which required a call to customer support. Thankfully, the support was very helpful and it didn`t take very long to resolve my issues. After that, everything has worked great: printing, scanning, printing from a mobile device, etc. The quality and speed of the printer are great too.

It was a quick and easy setup to start using immediately. I really like that it offers a two-sided copy function and the color printing is vibrant and clear. The instructions are very clear and easy to understand when wanting to use the multiple features the OfficeJet Pro has to offer. The digital screen is clear and very well lit. This truly is a very efficient machine for a home office or small business! An idea product for the all-in-one tasking of print, copy, scan and fax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP Printer Lets just say I am wowed by this product . Upon opening the box the simplest easiest instructions can be found inside. Just to see how easy it would be setup I let me 7 year old son assist. Detailed diagrams work very well and these are what are included. 1 power plug 4 cartridges for the ink and we were ready to set up internet access. Once I connected my internet and printed a test page we were off and printing. Started with just printing documents direct from my phone via network connection. Then began testing with the HP smartmedia app. Both were a breeze. Photo paper was not supplied with this printer but I had a stack at home so it was on to testing the photo printing capabilities. Results were stunning. No need to print at the pharmacy anymore. There was 1 issue with 2 photos printing together but I think that may have been a fault of the paper sticking together and not the fault of the tray.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mac users be aware Purchased this from HP. Printer seems to be excellent in terms of design and speed. However, I'm able to use only the basic functions because there is not as yet a driver for MacOS available for this printer. The HP Smart program is the only download currently available (3/26/19), and it is really nothing more than an installer. As there is also no owners guide available for download, I turned to HP for help after hours of trying to get all of the features working. While HP support was helpful in verifying what I suspected, they have not had a supervisor followup as promised. I can print and am able to scan using the scan controls Apple has built into their print software. However scanning at the printer using it's buttons, or Scan to Computer are disabled. I like the printer, as compared to my old 8600, but have no idea when I might be able to use it as designed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great printer I love this printer. It prints very quickly, so no long waiting times. Using it with the HP Smart app is amazing. I can print from anywhere in my home and its that easy. The ink it uses is very crisp. Loading the ink into the printer was very easy and it only took about 10 seconds for the ink to be ready. That is the fastest I have seen on any printer to date. I work from home so this is a very big part of my work environment. I like this printer so much that I am selling my old Epson printer. This one is way better. I will never go back to Epson. This printer copies quickly, prints from your phone quickly, and scans as well. All the features on this printer are very easy to use. Also setting up the printer was the easiest I have seen. It literally took me all but about 5 minutes to complete where most printers in the past have taken around 15 minutes. If you want a great industrial style printer but in a compact size that is industrial reliable, get the HP Office jet Pro 9015 printer. You won`t regret it!

I work from home and print documents both in color and black and white on a daily basis. The printer worked perfectly and I was also able to use the app to print documents from my phone. This is very convenient as I`m not always at my desk/on my laptop when I need to print a document. It is also able to make copies and scan documents, which is extremely helpful based on the work I do. It came assembled. All I had to do was put the ink cartridges in the printer which was very easy. The most difficult part was setting up the app, but the step by step instructions were simple to follow. The instructions were clear and concise. I did not have an problems with the printer or set-up. It is a large printer and takes up quite a bit of space. It is also rather heavy, which may not be suitable for all customers. I would recommend this printer based on it`s performance and ease of use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Who knew it would make quality prints as well I was in the market for an All-in-One with decent photo capability but with a paper feed tray on top. I needed something with a small footprint as we live in a small apartment. Once I opened the box, i found that the printer needed relatively no assembly other than the ink tanks being installed. I really enjoyed the ease of the setup via the app. I found the manual very brief for such a complex machine. But the setup was pretty much automatic.I printed materials that consisted of color .pdf files I`ve had on my phone, drawings from Autodesk Sketchbook. and camera phone photos of flowers and landscapes. All were printed on 20# 96 Brightness copy paper. The photos were printed on Glossy 70# 10.6 mil photo paper in 8" X 10" and 5" X 7". I had one small issue in the app was not noticing the drop-down menu at executing the printing. My son found it by accidentally swiping down on the screen on my Note 9. Then I noticed the very light gray pull down tab. I also do not like the ability to change the paper from the app if I did not do it when I changed the paper.A second tray for feeding other types of paper would be huge addition! I really enjoy using the print from anywhere function on this HP. Extremely quiet before quiet mode. I can even print while my toddler sleeps!I was not even considering a machine like this for my home as I am geared towards photo printing over everyday printing. But to me it is a winner over my old All-in-One photo printer.

I work from home full-time and have a small home office which I utilize 5 days a week. My job duties require me to print multiple documents (color/black and white) on a daily basis. I also need to scan documents as needed. Printer: I was very impressed with the quality and design of the printer. Its small, sleek and aesthetically pleasing. The printer cartridges are easily accessible, which makes changing out cartridges a breeze. Assembly was easy and quick. Just take out the printer, install the cartridges, plug in the power cord, and you`re ready to begin the set up process. The touchscreen on the printer even has how-to videos instructing you on how to properly set up and configure your printer. Print Quality: Pages printed quickly and efficiently and it was not as loud as other printers I have owned or used before. Print jobs sent from my phone to the printer were instant and seamless. I printed in both black and white and color and this printer performed flawlessly. I even printed a page that had multiple colors and required heavy amounts of ink (both black and color) and the printer handled it with ease.HP Smart Application: The app worked very well with the printer/scanner. It`s very intuitive and simple to use. Scanning: The scanning function worked without any issues. The scan quality was very high and the scanning jobs were sent quickly both to and from the app. Issues: The time it took to access, install, and configure the printer on my mobile device (iphone) took longer than I expected, given the ease and simplicity of the initial set up of the printer itself. Overall: I was very impressed with this printer. It`s aesthetically pleasing and quiet. The documents printed quickly and without errors. The scanning feature was easy to use and produced high-quality outputs. The HP Smart app worked very well with the printer and scanner. The amount of time it took to access, install, and configure the printer on my mobile device took longer than I anticipated but that could be due to multiple factors and can not definitively be attributed to the software itself. I would highly recommend purchasing this printer.

I can print remotely which is what i needed, with touch screen interface, i like that i can easily see the icons so i know what im doing. The wireless set up was easy, Its very helpful because its simple, not complicated. I got this printer for incentivized review.

I received my Pro 9015 and followed the instructions for set up. The instructions were very clear and simple. After completing the initial physical set up I noticed that something wasn`t right. I was unable to print an alignment page. I could physically print the page but nothing was printing. My next step was to call the HP help line. A very patient worker tried several trouble shooting steps that I didn`t try. We were both unable to get the printer to print. I unfortunately had to return it for a new printer which I received a week later. Second Printer Setup: I received my second Pro 9015 within 5 business days. I also received a follow up call from my customer care agent to make sure all was ok with the product. Service was excellent throughout this process. I was able to print an alignment page without any issue. I tested it via a scan which was easy to do. This scan provided positive confirmation that I was aligned and my printing was working as designed. I was able to continue on with the on-screen instructions setting up my Wi-Fi password. Everything was very clear. I did not like though the way you need to type in letters. When typing in a letter you need to select from a group of letters "ABC", "DEF" etc.. Once you select that correct group you then select the letter needed. I do not enjoy an extra key punch to type in a letter and this task becomes long when you have a long email address or password. HP Smart: I downloaded the online tool called "HP Smart" on my phone. Set up was easy. I used the barcode that was provided and scanned the icon which took me directly to the download. HP Smart helps me manage my print jobs and detects my ink levels which is very nice to see. I was able to scan both items I had on the printer using HP Smart. I just clicked on scan to email and the documents were imbedded into an email. This was really easy to do and is a feature I would use frequently. One cool feature on HP Smart is to print a Facebook photo. After allowing access to Facebook I selected a photo to print. The quality was exceptional and I am thrilled with this option going forward. I also like the Google Drive print feature. Overall the HP Smart app is great. I love being able to go to one spot to manage my printer and one spot to print from a ton of applications such as Google, Facebook, Instagram and Dropbox. The visual on the app is really crisp and clean. I can even order parts and use customer service. Very well done. Other Functions: Printing remotely - Remote printing worked well. I attempted to print double sided documents from my cell phone and tablet. Both prints happened timely and the print jobs came out well. Printing Documents from USB Connected device- I was unable to print any documents using the USB port. I had an external hard drive that contained multiple documents. When I plugged it into the side USB port it kept beeping. The screen didn`t alert me to why and when I clicked on "view and print" it asked me to insert a device into the USB port. Which I was doing. A user guide for this function would be helpful.Scan Using Camera- In HP Smart I was able to scan a picture with my phone and send it to the printer . This was done well. The scan recognized the imaged and cropped it to the correct size. I then was allowed to print, save or scan another item. Another fun tool to have at your disposal.Summary- The HP Office Jet Pro 9600 was fairly easy to use. There are some capabilities that still confuse me and a printable user guide would be nice to have. The screen is large and easy to use and HP Smart is a great all around application to manage my printer. I have some concerns over durability due to my original printer not working Overall, the HP Office Jet Pro 9600 printer is ideal for a small business or for a home user .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from HP Office Jet Pro 9015 - Great Printer Upon opening the box, the printer was very easy to remove and set up. There were only a few steps required. Adding the ink was also a fairly simple process. The printer is a little larger than I would have liked but the initial set up was quite easy.Once turning on and installing the aps required, actually using the printer didn`t take much effort. The display screen took a little getting used to with regards to navigating through the different functions but overall was really nice. My first thought was that I wished the screen would tilt so that you wouldn`t need to bend down, but after careful inspection, I realized it does! That makes things much easier.The printer is a little bit more noisy than I would like however it prints pages really quickly. It also copies very quickly as well. I can print very easily from any iPad or iPhone and I love that I can even send things to the printer when I`m not at home. Overall I think this is a great printer and would recommend it as long as you realize that it is not as compact as some of the other printers out there.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for Home Office The HP Officejet Pro 9015 replaced an older HP OfficeJet 6700 Series and from initial use and feel its a significant upgrade. Right from taking it out of the box I noticed that the build quality was much better with a thicker plastic shell and an overall sturdiness to the unit that didn`t feel cheap when shaken around a bit. By that I mean the paper feed tray as well as the paper tray just feel more sturdy with the 9015. The 9015 is a much larger unit which is to be expected but still fit in the printer cubby hole I have in my office. The black and gray design to me is much more appealing that the all black I am accustomed to with other HP printers. Out of the box setup was a breeze with the 9015 with just a few pieces of tape to remove and attaching the plug cord. I found the plug cord to be a little on the shorter side so make sure an outlet is close to where you need to put the printer. Once on it was very intuitive to set up the printer on the WiFi and I found inputing the password with the printer`s "keyboard" to be quite easy. The LCD color screen has a very responsive touchpad and is easy to navigate. Once you have the printer on the WiFi you can get the printer setup for mobile printing by downloading the HP app. You should also signup for HPConnected to get all of your HP devices connected under one username and password. Once set up it was time to do some test printing and the 9015 did not disappoint with nice B&W printing as well as color printing. In both modes the printer can do about 20 ppm which suits my needs just fine. I think the best and most distinguishing feature of the printer is it`s scanning capabilities which I found to be much faster than my 6700 and presumably other HP models. Since I have a need to scan double sided some times I found this feature of the printer to be a nice addition versus other printers I have used. The scanner also can save your docs pretty much anywhere or sent anywhere so gone are the days of having to save scans on a usb drive at least for me. So far so good with the HP Officejet Pro 9015 as I am satisfied with what I am seeing, but I am paying close attention to how long the ink cartridges hold up as I found my old 6700 ink cartridges didn`t last nearly as long as I would have liked. Also, I`m not sure if this is the case with the 9015 but I hope I can still print in B&W even if one of the color cartridges goes out. My old 6700 stopped printing when any one of the cartridges ran out of ink even if it was color one and all I wanted to print was B&W.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy Wireless Connectivity Printing: After a couple of test pages full color prints came out looking very nice for a lower end non-photo printer. Regular black and white printed perfectly with no smearing or lines. Ink adhered well to thicker stock resume paper with no wet marks.Scanning: Simple scanning function makes one touch scanning easy. Hinges seems strong enough to handle many rounds but I wouldn`t recommend for large bulk scans.Overall Build Quality: Though its your standard plastic framed printer the front end cartridge changes help keep dust from falling inside like the older top load printers. Paper tray is easy to load and never any issues picking up paper and feeding properly.Wireless: I appreciate the wifi connection option. The ability to keep the printer anywhere within my network allows from remote printing from an outbuilding or other part of the home. Setup app is easy to use and the system prints easily from my phone as well as numerous other machines in the office.Ink: They offer some sort of ink "club" but honestly it doesn`t appeal to me. Hopefully it won`t burn through ink too fast which often makes home printing unaffordable with cartridge changes.

The printer was very simple to install with minimal components and instructions. The instructions walked though very clearly on the screen attached to the printer. The only somewhat tricky part could be for a novice would be setting up the wi-fi network however if you follow instructions it was very easy. This product is better than other HP printers I have used in the past based on the speed and ease of setup and ability to install to multiple phones and computers. The product does meet my overall expectations and I would recommend this printer to anyone in need of an affordable multi-purpose high speed printer. The only suggestion I would have for HP would be to still simplify further the setup process through wi-fi if it is possible. I overall impression is a solid thumbs up for this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from David B Review I`m very impressed overall with the HP office Pro 9015 it is very compact which I like compared to other models I have purchased in the past.I found it very user friendly in both the setup and operational instructions which were very easy to follow the front touch screen felt very modern.The features were very easy to use and has numerous functions which my previous models lacked including the print from anywhere feature which is very useful to me.I feel the machine is a little louder then my previous model not overly but noticeable.I really like the sleek design with multiple colors dark grey, light grey and white the top paper feed is a nice feature and reminds me of the ones in offices.The app feature I found very useful especially the calendars.I would say overall this is a awesome all in one machine for all your needs and then some

The set up was very easy, although it would not scan the reference page at first. Providing the QR code to scan made it a breeze. The handy dandy app for iOS makers it easy for everyone else to utilize as well in my home office. I like the fact that no network connection or special software is needed to print. The scanner and copying function work decent enough . The definition of the print was good, but not great. Compared to some other wireless printers, the consistency of being able to use the wireless printing function without it losing connection more than made up for it though. Al in all a great product from HP. I would definitely recommend!

The only problem I have is that it will occasionally (once a month?) lose wireless and I have to turn it off and then on or maybe I'll have to unplug it and then plug it in again. Other than that, it's been great. I do a decent amount of printing. Also use scanner once in a while.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It LOOKs like a printer, but I cant print much fro I bought this HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 AIO for a home office approximately a year ago. When it actually produces a page the quality does seem good and readable. The problem is that it is so difficult to cause that page to emerge from the device. Wireless? Yeah, not helpful when most of the time a prompt on the (so called) printer screen requires you to push a button before each job, so you have to walk to the printer then back to your PC etc. If ink is marginally low, a caution screen pops up with every document; there are regular errors that require job cancellation, then restart and resend. I spend so much time troubleshooting this device, I could probably drive to Office Depot and print my docs faster and with less frustration than using the hp "printer" in my house. Wish I had bought another Canon as I had generally good luck there over the years.

It wasn’t until I set it up did I realize a cool feature, I could print a document or photo straight from my phone and I didn’t have to use my computer at all. It prints really nice photos and can print double sided which my other one couldn’t do. Very glad we got this printer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Problem to get it to stay on line with my HP comp. I bought this about two years ago as a backup for my old wide format HP printer, about nine months ago the old one finally quit. I've installed this one about fifteen times both with the ethernet cable and wifi, I don't use it often but when I do I have trouble connecting. I'm a long time user of HP products and this is the first time I've had a real problem.
