Touchscreen is smooth, no glare, no fingerprint...
Nice touch screen. Works very well, smoothly with windows 10 64 bit v.1903.
It also works with Raspberry Pi 4 (Raspbian OS) with 0ne touch.
Users should remember to connect USB cable from PC to Monitor to let touch screen function act.

Top heavy broke instantly
The base isn’t wide enough to support the screen, my screen tipped forward on my desk and broke before I even got to use it.

Crashed on 4th day..but still a believer in HP!
This is my 4th HP PC and I am sad to say it crashed (Windows crash) on the 4th day of use. After 8 - 10 hours of working with at least 8 different people on tech support, I returned the unit for credit and bought a new one. Let's hope the new one works like all the prior HP's that I have had. I'm still a believer.

Easy to set up and use

Great clarity and touch screen features amazing!
I love the clarity on the screen and the touch screen is really awesome I have had touchscreens in the past but this one is definitely second to none I would definitely recommend it!

Seems to be just what I wanted...
I've been waiting for a monitor like this for some time. I've always felt the PC touch-screen monitors too expensive for what they offered, so the only touch-screen monitors I've had have been on laptops. Had I known how much easier this monitor makes things, I might have been willing to pay more a couple of years ago. This monitor was an incredible value, and it has more attributes than I will ever use. It has a height adjustment, the screen can be rotated, it's bright, clear, sharp, and it's actually fun to use. I can offer nothing pertaining to it's durability, since it is only a month old, but thus far I'm extremely satisfied.

Shorted out after one day
BUT, after 2 days and 4 tries to get to a human at HP support, they had me return it and will ship me another. We shall see if it works!

This is my 2nd E230t 23-inch touch monitor, which I've added for dual display. Works just as I'd hoped and the 23-inch screen is the perfect size for my desk.

Very nice monitor, regrettable packaging
We bought three of these touchscreen monitors as part of a migration to Windows 10: our much older monitors don't have current driver support. The E230t is very flexible input options: VGA, DVI-D, HDMI, and DisplayPort, so we can standardize our monitor even with differing computer devices. The picture is bright and crisp, with a very broad viewing angle, and the surface minimizes glare. Full marks here.
The touch functionality was surprisingly easy to get going: Windows 10 detected the monitor and installed the correct drivers with no intervention on my part. The process was nearly invisible: in fact, I was just wondering how to go about installing it, when I realized it was already working! If only everything was that easy.
This monitor comes with a stand that provides the usual tilt and pan adjustments, plus broadly adjustable height that lets you put the bottom of the monitor anywhere from 1" to 7" from the desktop. Part of this extreme range is because the monitor can be rotated to work in portrait orientation. Very nice!
For all of the performance and features, we found a minor downside: the shipping packaging is not well designed. Although the monitor itself is nicely encased in protective foam, the base of the stand rests directly in a corner of the cardboard carton where it is vulnerable to impact. One of my monitors came with part of the stand's ornamental plastic broken off. This doesn't affect the stability of the stand, but it does look poor. I would have returned the monitor for another, but my application uses a VESA mount rather than the stand, so for me it's a moot point, and not worth pursuing.
Overall, we're quite pleased with these monitors and will definitely deploy more.
