This was the biggest reason I dropped my rating. I can't seem to ever get it to feel comfortable and it constantly slips off of my ears. At this price point, the design and fit must be better. I've worn $30 headsets that fit and feel much better. I don't have an unusually large or small head, hat size 7.25.The setup on Window 7 was a bit cumbersome, taking me about 30 minutes to get it to actually work. Windows 10 setup was seamless, so this wasn't really an issue to me as I am sure most people have or will soon be on Win 10. I am forced by a corporate policy to continue to use Win 7.

Rated 5 out of 5 byJoseph V from nullLots of problems getting the headset to work and sound properly with my laptop. Once the driver updates were done and IT found a work around the connection problems with the dongle, the headset works fine.Headset does not have very good Bluetooth range.
