We ended up getting the wrong one that was made to work best with MS products and needed the one that was best for just pure Blue Tooth. The button would not work with our blue tooth desk phone on the headset so we had to send back and get a different part number. Jabra said they could not update the firm ware to fix.

Using Skype, Webex, and Shoretel I experienced no echo, no lag and no static even when going out to my mailbox while the base was in my office upstairs.I can't answer calls in shoretel 13.1 using the headset alone. I wish the base could be configured to ring when the headset is attached to itSubmit
