great addition to my work setup
I have a non-adjustable monitor supplied by my employer, and I was looking for a monitor that I could use in a portrait orientation. This size works well on my small desk to give me plenty of "desktop" across the two monitors. The adjustable tilt and height are a lovely bonus! The quality of the resolution is good for my needs (mainly Office apps and web browsers, and the monitor sits firmly on the desk. I like that the buttons are easily accessible even in portrait mode, yet not obtrusive. For small budgets, this monitor is very good value.

Great monitor
This is a great monitor - nice size with crisp resolution. We plug it in to a variety of laptops, so having VGA, DP and HDMI is a plus. It was quick to put together and easy to configure.

Versatile!
This monitor is versatile and does everything I need. I was quite impressed by the range of heights you can set this monitor at - wayy more than I expected. At this point I can't say anything bad. I'm sure there's some things techy people would be able to say about it/the screen, but for home or business use it is absolutely perfect! There were no reviews when I purchased so was hesitant, but made the right choice.

Refused to help me with cable
While I like the product, I was very upset to learn that you forgot to send me an HDMI cable. So I had to order one from an outside vendor. Your customer service department did absolutely nothing to help me! Not a way to treat a customer!

Purchased two of these monitors, both work great for what they were intended. They've been moved around (shifted offices/desks etc.) with no glitches. Staff members have no complaints either.
