Rated 5 out of 5 by from Weak spring connect Left and RightBought this from Office Max. When I put it on, the spring tension isn't there to help keep the headset in place and secure against my ears. It's almost like the spring was stretched or something - but it was new, so probably not. I have used a number of Plantronics headsets in the past so I was surprised. It's going back today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from PainfulThese are provided at the call center I work at. The sound quality is nice but they are quite painful to wear. I am not a fan of on the ear head phones in general and these ones seem extra snug (I have an average size head. By the end of my shift my ears hurt so bad that I want to cry most days. I am currently searching for something less painful.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality sound but OUCHI'm using this for call center work at home so I have to wear it for 8 hours a day. Every time I've used it I have a headache by mid-day. There is no adjustment across the top for head size and I have a smaller head - but it's too tight. It grips my ears so tightly that they actually hurt after a few hours. Not a great design. Shopping for something new. I wil say the sound is fine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fragile HeadsetThe company where I work purchased about 40 of these, within six months there were about seven broken. Cheap, thin plastic housing, now we ran out of warranty and they keep on breaking. Stay away from this brand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable, Easy to Use and Great SoundBought five of these for our small office and everyone happy: they are easy to use, plug and play you could say. So light that you soon forgot that you were wearing them. Of course the most important thing is that they give clear sound - they do! They also cut out nearly all background noise.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Poor Quality Plastic HousingHeadset quality is superior regarding call quality and clarity. Universal design allows for easy fit. Three stars really should be 2, what good is a $100 plus headset that falls apart in less than 6 months with typical 40 hour work week, imo skip the cheap thin plastic next upgrade. Won't recommend until housing issue addressed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't plug it into my computerIt looks like I have to buy an additional cord to plug this into the headphone jack (weird it does not plug in via USB). It did not come with the attachment to plug this into my computer which is ridiculous given the price I paid for this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent HeadsetWe are limited in Budget and these headsets are a wonderful headset. They are adjustable and comfortable to wear. My central station girls gave them all thumbs up. From my past experiences with Plantronics I knew they would be a hit. Plantronics knows headsets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get's the Job done, Right. The sound quality is superior to many other products we've tested with our new VOIP High Definition phone system. My users are delighted with the sound canceling which delivers an audio atmosphere as if my users are in a quite office and delivered the ability to concentrate closely on the conversation. The foam ear pieces (520 delivers ultimate comfort, allowing my users to be on the phone for hours without stress or discomfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great with our phonesWe have Broadview as our landline carrier and these headsets work great with the phones. They allow us to be hands free and use the computer while on the phone with clients and customers. You need the correct adapter depending upon your phone.
