Rated 5 out of 5 by from Affordable iPad Alternative with Drawbacks i purchased this tablet because it included the s pen. i use it for notetaking in a graduate program. i can download most apps i need. the screen is large enough for writing. i wish it had dex support. i have touch issues regularly when i write in microsoft office apps. it doesn’t recognize the pen, it draws a line from where my hand touches the screen, and it moves the text already in the document. it’s frustrating in lecture when the writing doesn’t work right. my big issue is the s pen. i like that it doesn’t need charging but the pen tip is soft. it wears/frays very easily. there is nowhere to buy oem nibs. i have repeatedly contacted samsung and was told that i must purchase a new s pen. i know there are non-oem replacement nibs, but reviews of their performance are variable.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good Quality and Amazing Value this tablet is metal and feels very well made. the speakers are loud and sound amazing. the screen isn't the best out there but still looks great especially with curved edges. android 10 out of the box runs great and the software is much smoother than it was on my previous samsung tablet. all of my apps run great! the s pen works well and makes it very easy to take notes. it also sticks to the top of the device (in landscape mode next to the volume buttons). cameras work fine and are definitely good enough quality for video calls. performance is great considering the price. many games have much less lag than my previous tablet. one of my favorite features is the built-in screen recorder, perfect for gameplay videos. overall samsung did an amazing job with the galaxy tab s6 lite!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy Tab S6 Lite i use it as a portable substitute for my desktop, for certain things, surfing the web, e-mails. it is replacing a tab s2. it seems very nice so far. it is quicker to navigate to websites than the s2, and overall it is very nice with one exception. compared to the s2, the display colors seem washed out/muted when the same website or even game is displayed side by side. i have turned off the blue light filter , which did help. recommend with the display caveat.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Was 5 stars until after the latest update! after the update a core app, ghe files apo that's built into the device started to crash. it is an everyday thing, and it seriiusly impedes my work flow. i've chatted with two people and they help, but the solution is temporary before the files app crashes again. i mostly need it fir clip stufio paint, and besides that i'm nit able to access my files, or save new files to fhe device ss a result if ghis. i haven't had this device fir two months, and this is a major issue, especially for content creators. i love the device and it's use, i really do, and it would be higher than two stars if not for that one major issue. "sigh"

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I didn't know "Lite" meant light on performance. this tab s6 lite is worse than my 5 year old tab a. the graphics for games are blurry and pixelated (clash of clans, animal crossing) and genshin impact looks bad and the sound is distorted. wi-fi is painful, taking 20 to 30 minutes for a 54mb update for an app. movies look washed out and terrible. after only several months, this tablet is slowing down, taking 2 to 3 second after pressing an icon on the screen to load an app. i had a much longer and detailed review, but only 800 characters allowed, posting original review on amazon.

I had my doubts in buying it because it was the double than I was expecting in spending for a tablet and specially for a 6 year old kid. Well I decided and bought it and let me tell you my daughter loves it!!! We received it within a week after buying it and it is super lite and it came with a magnetic case. I would’ve liked if the case would’ve been a shockproof case and with the case that came with is too thin and can easily break. The battery last for hours and the speed is impressive. My daughter mainly used to record her videos and view videos. It is was very easy to setup and we haven’t had no issues as of today.

I’ve always seen some great reviews for the Samsung tablets and I got very happy with my new one. The network is great, I love that it comes with the pen, which helps a lot and I love that I can draw and coloring with it too. And it came with the book cover, which makes it easier to watch videos and coloring in it. I’ve had a couple of tablets before and so far this one is being the best. I will definitely recommend this product.

I don’t have to charge it everyday and love to watch movies and shows on it a lot! The pen was a definite plus and writing is really good on it! I like the deferent styles of writing you can do on it as well as what you can do with it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High-end look and feel, great value bought this tab s6 lite to replace my trusty workhorse but aging, non-updateable tab s2. a headphone jack, sd card capability, and great video are my primary must-haves. audio quality is very good. thin and lightweight. added a simple aftermarket case and stand as opposed to the s2, the shape of the s6 lite is longer and a bit narrower. i was concerned about quality of the non-amoled screen but was pleasantly surprised that the s6 lite screen is actually easier on the eyes for both reading and video. the setup was very easy to navigate. the samsung smart switch utility transferred my data and apps easily and quickly. overall setup, transfer, and installing updates took about an hour or so. the s6 lite arrived with android 10. i'm hoping for continued system and security updates.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Lags when screen sharing to TV i finally made the switch from apple to samsung and was immediately disappointed. when i connected the device to my tv over bouetooth/ wifi, there was a drastic lag. in an attempt to remedy this, i purchased a usb-c to hdmi adapter and tried to plug in the device to my tv. this did not work and i was told by customer service that you cant plug this into a tv to make the display bigger like the s7/ any apple tablet does. sadly i had to return my s6lite and will probably be going back to an ipad.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Decent Tablet, Decent Price i think this is a decent tablet for the price: screen is alright, battery life seems fine, and camera works as expected for a tablet. expandable storage is also a plus. it does get a little hot when writing and the pen seems a bit sensitive when writing/drawing. i really wish that the pen had replaceable tips as it seems to get damaged easily. the ram size is on the low side and the cpu is pretty weak so doing anything intensive will cause the tablet to lag, but it is perfect for taking notes and/or watching videos. i wish there was more software optimization and features (particularly in onenote) as things are lacking compared to apple.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Prety good i am an artist who has recently started doing some digital work and i purchased this tablet as a portable option for doing art. the drawing experience is great. my apps run well with no issues. the only downfall, especially if you are an artist or student who would be taking a lot of notes, is the pen. the design is okay amd the responsiveness is great, but it doesnt come with extra nibs and samsung doesn't sell a replacement. the rubber tip wears pretty easily. otherwise, this is a great tablet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love It i love this tablet. i have been wanting to get into digital art for a while and my current tablet wasn't working for that. this tablet is perfect, especially with the included s pen! i recieved this as a gift and was surprised when i was learning about the tablet and reading different reviews on other places that were not too impressed by it. i love it and have been using it more than any other tablet or laptop i have. i dubbed it my artist tablet and i am very happy to use it for that. the s pen is great! no lagging that i have noticed. i got a case with a keyboard with it to do on-the-go blogging and it connected seemlessly and is going to work out great. so glad i got this tablet as a gift and would have bought it on my own if i had known about it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from it's a decent tablet lke all new products it is new and zippy. i have more storage than my last one. i do love the s pen as i have zombie fingers sometimes. the only thing i don't like about it is its so heavy. add on a case and the device is almost two lbs. makes me miss my tab s2 8 inch. makes holding it in the tub or any place i can't prop it up to read exhausting.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome tablet i primarily use this tablet for notetaking, surfing the web, and playing online board games. and i love it! very sleek design and high resolution screen. the wacom stylus works very well. i occasionally have issues with palm recognition when using the pen (mostly in onenote) but i think it is more related to the app as opposed to the the tablet itself. samsung has its own notetaking app (samsung notes) and there are pros and cons to both (there are other notetaking apps though many of those are not free). my main complaint about samsung notes is that when you save your file, it does not automatically backup to the cloud. it is a bit cumbersome to move to the cloud at the moment. all around great tablet.

The beauty of this tablet is its shape, sleekiness and how light it is. It came with an S pen and stylish case which makes it easier for me to move around with it. I love that it has a front and rear camera, it has USB, Bluetooth, SD card storage, wifi, 2 audio speakers,, and the screen display is very clear,clear, and a sizeable. I love the fact that i can be in a zoom meeting and make notes while the meeting is still in progress. . Ive been listening to Spotify since I got this tablet. I was able to transfer all apps on my cellphone to the tablet,which made it easier to retrieve any information I need while doing school work. I also did compile my Playlist from Spotify on galaxy and play them while I work. The S pen is magic to me because,it magnets to the stylish case , and it will be difficult for me to loose the pen. It makes writing my projects very easy because, its grip is amazing. I can directly write on the PDF or word document and save it as well. This tablet also have scribbles and live drawing feature. Coloring the drawings and also drawing live keeps me sane and going. It does have great storage which Store all of my school work and projects. Its battery last very long,up to 13 hours I will say. This tablet keeps my job and school work intact ,making life easier for me. I love it and will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Works well, it has good storage capacity and the processor capacity is also good. It has most of the features like face recognition, lightweight and it comes with stylish pen that is very easy to use. I can say love it! I keep using it to test all the features and I love it. I like the camera, it’s clarity is awesome. I took some pics using the zoom with awesome results. No blurriness at all! The speaker sound is also nice and clear. In full volume you can hear the music very nicely. I keep using every day and it has shown that the battery life is also pretty good. I used it for 3 hours straight and after that battery showing still you have 57% left and that is awesome. So i love this device and i highly recommend

I love the fact that it looks very sleek and portable to move around with. It came with an S pen and a folder that is magnetic to keep the Spen intact without loosing it easily. I love that I can attend classes online and jot my notes down,as well as organize them while avoiding clutter. I was able to transfer all the apps on my phone to the tablet, and also all my contacts. This tablet has 2 speakers that sounds so great,it can be connected via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. It has a front and back camera that is so crisp and clear. The best feeling is having a webex meeting that is so clear . I was able to have facial recognition setup and biometric as well. The battery last so long ,approximately 13hours. Its storage is the best ,it came with a built in 64gb,and I have the option of using a microSD card. I love this tablet and will recommend it

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Big New Phone When I first opened the box my young son said mommy got a new big phone, I was like no it is a tablet.  I was pleasantly surprised after playing and getting to know my tablet that I realized one of the features is I can connect it to my Samsung phone and make calls and send text messages.  It is like having a huge Samsung phone. As a Samsung user I am able to sync all my other products together to keep all my calendars and folders handy on different platforms. The Galaxy S6 Tab Lite is so sleek and elegant.  The picture quality is clear and sharp.  I like the Screen Write function, which allows me to take pictures and edit the pictures and resend with the edits.  This will help me with my business when I need to sign a contract and send back.  The Pen makes writing messages, drawing, coloring, and sending email a breeze.  I like that the tablet adjust the light as needed.  I was sending a message when I saw this feature happen on its own. The inclusion of Microsoft Office is phenomenal, as a student and a working professional this helps me get my work done when I am on the go. I highly recommend the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Such a Relief! i was actually experiencing a gradual loss of vision by using my phone, (a galaxy note 9,) to play my games and deal with most apps and emails. i have an old seven inch galaxy tab a, but it's so slow i preferred the phone. after getting my new pair of glasses, i found the phone was still less than optimum. when i looked around at tablets, (larger than just eight inches,) the tab s6 lite and its specs caught my eye. the price was ideal, as well. since i bought it, i don't squint when using it. i think my ophthalmologist will agree next year that my eyes have stopped aging as fast as the rest of me. thanks samsung

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Option I’ll preface this with the fact that I am deeply entrenched in the Apple EcoSystem so using this tablet took a lot of reprogramming my brain so that I wouldn’t automatically compare how it works to what I’m used to. With that being said, this is really a good budget friendly option for a tablet. It was fairly speedy with decent camera options. I really like the S Pen that is included and the ease of use (once I was familiar with the OS). It’s also great that you can expand storage with an SD card so you don’t feel forced to get a higher capacity unit in order to handle your future needs (or feel like you have to constantly delete things so you won’t use up all of your capacity). I didn’t run into any issues with it working (no freezing or needs to reboot...something I experienced years ago with a different Android based tablet that always made me hesitant to try anything else Android based). It’s not the most advanced option...meaning it doesn’t have all of the perks of the non-Lite version but for most tablet users this will absolutely fit your needs. I no longer have Samsung TV so I couldn’t test out the perks of the Smart View app but I was still able to easily utilize cast content to my non-Samsung smart TVs (which in today’s world is something we just expect to work for the most part).

If I need to have a client read an electronic agreement, or edit pictures for work, it's great. The pen helps a lot too. I love that it's magnetic and sticks to the side so it won't get lost. I just need to find a case for it. Set up was super easy, and once the updates installed, I was able to download apps that help my business. This one is a few inches bigger than my other tablet, and it runs so much faster. I'm not sure if it's the updated OS or memory or what, but it's perfect. I love the note taking function too. Makes my job easier!

For convenience, we need a tablet which can be used to control and adjust inventory and other things at the restaurant. The S Pen makes it easy to write notes which is hard to type when using rubber gloves. The S Pen attaches magnetically right to the tablet and is always ready to go. The lightweight and slim design tablet slips right into your bag that you can take it with you anywhere. Long lasting battery lets you use the tablet up to 12 hours on a single charge. Or even though the battery runs low, the fast-charging allows you to quickly get back to where you left off when you need to recharge. Another great thing that I choose Samsung tablet because of its memory. Beside built-in 64GB internal memory, you can also expand your storage space up to 512GB with a microSD card. I like the 10.4 screen and the crystal clear display it's lightweight easy to use. And the S pen that comes with it is also great. And i bought a case with a keyboard and it works fantastic with the tab. All around it's a great tab to have.

It is very simple and easy to use and setup. It is very sleek and stylish making it easy to take along wherever I go. I use it for work, to watch movies, to let my daughter play with it and learn, and many other things. I love the pen that comes along with it and I like that it has a magnet to stick to the tablet, making it easy to use and put away without worrying about loosing it. Most of my assignments require signatures and makes the pen super convenient for me. It is absolutely the best tablet I have owned and I am so glad I get a chance to own one. My daughter also loves it as it keeps her entertained while in the car or wherever we go. It is a spectacular tablet!

The packaging was really great come with a wall/usb charger stylus pen which is awesome and quick start guide. After exploring and trying it for about 2 weeks and a half. I could say this tablet is one of the best I have ever had. Very easy to use and get the hold of it. The size of the tablet is 10.4 perfect size to bring it anywhere it’s also very thin. I tried every little single thing that’s on it web, Netflix, camera, YouTube , Samsung kids, game, etc. My kid enjoys using it he love the Samsung kids app. Love how they made a app especially for kids to use. The speaker are one of a kind very loud sounding and with two speakers on it perfect. The screen is bright good quality has front and back camera pictures takes are phenomenal. Battery life is very good after using for 5 hours straight I would say it’s pretty decent. Come with 64gb built in storage option microSD card. Stylus pen has charging section magnet on the side of the tablet. I really recommend this tablet For me personally it’s not that expensive ether it’s fall between $300-$400 and has everything you need on it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good mid-range tablet After getting a few days of use out of the Galaxy S6 Lite, it seems to be a pretty solid upgrade from my Galaxy Tab S 8.4. I'm really loving the S-pen, I didn't think it would be that big of a deal. It takes up less screen space compared to using your hands and is more precise (most of the time). There's been a couple times where it's been completely unresponsive. I like that the pen attaches to the screen so I'm less likely to lose it. The speakers are loud and clear, no haptic feedback compared to my old tablet. I like how vibrant the screen is, YouTube looks great in full screen. Battery life seems to be pretty decent so far, after 2 hours and 6 minutes of SOT, I'm at 52%. I was pleasantly surprised that it has fast charging. Overall, this is a good tablet if you're looking to spend $300-400. I'm hoping it lasts as long as my original Galaxy Tab.

I do a lot of art and the fact that I can put all my apps on this tablet amazes me. It doesn't bog down like my phone does, and the pen it came with is perfect! The colors on screen are super vibrant. It took me a bit of searching to figure out how to turn the tablet off, but that was the only thing I had a hard time with. Now my biggest problem is finding a case I like to keep it safe!

I was not at home when this tablet was delivered, but my husband opened the package and gave the tablet to 4 years old baby to play games. I watched my baby when I came back as he was going through each section of my tablet with ease. He downloaded kids video, games, and watched numerous kids shows. I was amazed as he could do these without my help. If my four years old boy could do these, it shows how easy one could use this tablet without any complications. I would advise anyone interested in purchasing this tablet to gift this tablet to parents or grandparents to enjoy its simplicity 2. My little folder. If you are a student who enjoys reading your textbook online, this is a perfect gift for you. This tablet eliminates carrying the 20 lb textbook on your back, hurting your eyes while reading from your phone, and relieving your lap from the heat from your laptop. Rated 5 out of 5 by from So thrilled The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is affordable, it came with an S Pen stylus for free, at no extra cost.It is fun to use, a small icon pops up to the side when the tablet detects that the pen is in use or by pressing the stylus by the side, good for taking notes, AR doodling, screen writing, live message. S pen is magnetic and can be attached anywhere on the tablet. The 10.4” screen is just the perfect screen size for me to watch my own movies, away from the kids, I love the portable size with it features’ especially on the art and painting, my daughter loves painting and the app via the tablet gives her option to choose different picture designs to paint or create her own. The battery life on this device last the whole day and charges up so fast. Has a built in 64gb storage capacity and a slot for microSD card. Good for watching movies on my subscription channels. The sound quality is amazing, am so thrilled that I can seamlessly syncs my galaxy smartphone, so I do not get to miss a call and can received urgent text messages too. Will be recommending this for my friends and colleagues and one more addition for the family use.

The only issue was 2 speakers instead of 4 like the Tab S4 has but I'm sure it's because it's the "Lite" version. I love the feel of the new pen and the fact that it's magnetized. I received the gray one with a gray case and I couldn't be more happy. The screen is very clear. The speakers give that top notch, crisp AKG sound even in a room that isn't very quiet. I love the fact that you can expand the memory. The battery life.... let's just say I watch LOTS of DIY videos on YouTube daily and with a single charge, I'm good for almost a week before needing more juice. I still have to play with it but it connects great to my bluetooth headset and wifi. I haven't had any trouble with it yet. Samsung never disappoints.

It's sleek and thin. It's really light and is the perfect size. The sound is nice and clear. Three resolution is nice and bright. I like the pen so I can doodle or write notes. It's also going to be very helpful for my son to use when school starts since he'll be online due to COVID-19. This is a great tablet!

Additionally, the 64 GB of memory has been more than enough to handle my insatiable habit of collecting apps. AND if my app hoarding habit exceeds the capacity of the onboard memory, there is a microSD slot that expands the memory up to 1 TB. The 10.4" touch screen produces a very sharp and vibrant display. Additionally, it comes with a stylus. A smart idea especially if you have fat fingers like I do. The speakers produced a surprisingly spunky sound that produced a clear and dynamic range of sounds. Very impressed with this tablet.

The whole design is comfortable to use with a comfortable to use S Pen that is very responsive to use on the screen. I had a Samsung Note 10+ phone but found the size too small for writing and drawing. As it has call and text linked to my phone it is a more comfortable size to use at home than a phone-size screen. The screen has good resolution and color, and the headphone jack means you can plug in any speakers or headphones without needing Bluetooth. With pre-order promotion free case comes with it that was awesome, The difference is the S pen. Children of earlier ages now being sent homework remotely, makes a big difference. Especially younger ones. This is ideal. Perfect pricing. Easy setup, love the option to make payments. Quality is what I have come to expect from Samsung electronics. I have a Samsung smart tv and a galaxy Note 10+, galaxy buds, I'm a fan! Lasted on a 6 hour road trip to entertain my one and a half year old and only used about half the battery. Perfect for what I need!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Battery Life although i'm coming from a galaxy tab s2 i am very pleased with the tab s6 lite. it does not have an incredible screen but its display is very nice. the battery life is superb. i spent about 6 hours straight on this tablet (games and a 2-hour video). my battery was still 75%. it can handle a lot of tabs open at once. switching between the tabs will have some delay but i am okay with it. i do most of my heavy stuff on my phone (note 10+). the tablet does feel a bit bulky. my old tablet (the s2) was more sleek and thin. overall. i have no regrets purchasing the s6 lite. it's so fun and easy to operate. fyi: this tablet does not allow me to edit documents using the microsoft word app. there's just the read only option. this is frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tablet Good Value this is a great tablet so far. does the job for surfing, note taking, drawing, emails, videos, and some games. battery life is very adequate. however, drains more when watching videos unlike my previous tablet. video playback is very good. users with the wifi version can make phone calls when integrated with your samsung account. also like the fact i can mirror my tablet on my samsung tv using the smart view feature. s-pen works very well for not having blue tooth. it's not meant to take the place of a laptop clearly but it's a good addition to have as i can easily transition to cloud based storage apps for files. since i don't take photos, i can't arrest to camera.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Overall Great overall a really good tablet. if you're an artist, this tablet is pretty a cheap and a great anti-apple option. the only issue i have is that the pen wore down within like the first week, but maybe thats because i've been using it for hours on end, drawing on the tablet. compared to an i-pad, if you're a hard core artist, an i-pad is probably better, but if you wanna save the extra 100 bucks or so, i'd go with this tablet. hopefully, they come out with another pen that can be used and doesn't wear out as badly the s-pen did, but drawing is quite fun on this.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Price for a Mid Range Tablet When I heard about a mid range tablet I figured it would be something for light to mid useage, and I got exactly that. I use this for web browsing, netflix, youtube, plex, etc and Reading comics and taking notes with the S Pen. There is very few issues I had personality with the Tablet, such as the battery life could be better, and seems to drain more than I though it would sitting in sleep mode for a day. The processor isn't that powerful but should be good enough for whatever you may need to do on the go. I'm extremely thankful for a headphone jack, as they are rare in devices nowadays it seems, The Screen is great and the speakers are decent. The feel of the tablet is premium despite the price tag but does feel really slippery, I'd recommend a skin or a Case like I have. I like that the Spen magnetically attaches to the side of the tablet but it's not a strong magnet, so don't expect it to not be easily broken, Keep an eye on it. I would def recommend this to anyone looking for something to consume media on the go and isn't too bulky.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Sleek, Budget-Friendly, Customizable Tablet I have used many tablets in my life for work, but have only owned one. My Samsung Galaxy S from ~2014. Until recently (when it spiderwebbed after a family member dropped it), I thought it was all I really needed. Then I was selected to review this new offering from Samsung, and my opinion changed. The parts I liked are still there - the form factor, the balance, the attention to detail & build quality... the parts I was hoping would improve are vastly improved - the battery life, the color depth (off-axis could be better), the contrast, the control of the S Pen & magnetic lock to the side of the unit! It's kept elements that have disappeared from other tablets - the headphone jack, external memory, while adding multiple speakers (Dolby Atmos support). It's positioned as a entry level tablet, but does feel more like a mid-range. After starting it up, I checkout out the usual players, TV/Movie streaming apps ran smoothly and looked amazing on the shiny new 2000x1200 screen. Productivity apps screamed, Music sounded quite good for such small in-built speakers - but also transferred sound to my bluetooth devices without batting an eye. Speed tests showed the wifi was near my wired connection speed, and customizations with icon packs and UI tweakers worked to update the presentation how I wanted. So a great first experience. There were a few areas to improve; however, which I think would have made my day 100% vs just 95%. First, the "adaptive brightness" is a great feature we've all come used to; however, it doesn't seem to hold onto a baseline level you set - and the value it reverts to are just too dark for my liking. I had to turn it off Second, the software (inbuild in my new device; downloaded by my old) didn't work to transfer my apps, ebooks, and documents over from the old one. With the wireless connection, they never found each other (yes, I took it out of the case)... and once wired together, they connected and said the transfer was complete, but after that process finished, my new device had nothing from my old one. Also, there was no usb to usb-c connecter needed to make that hard connection (thankfully I found the one that came with my phone to use, but it would have been good to include) All in all though, this is an excellent tablet, one which leaves my expectations far behind. A thin bezel & included Pen, a weight trim, a great battery life, vivid screen, and a face-unlock feature all marry to give great options for tablet shoppers!

She owns a Samsung smartphone, watch, and refrigerator so the tablet is a great addition. She is able to sync her calendars, make phone calls, and send text messages on all four devices and they all sync perfectly. When she finally put down the tablet and allowed me to take a look, I was highly impressed. The picture quality is phenomenal it aligns well with what I expect from a Samsung product. I have never experienced the screen write function on any product before it is so much fun and so Innovative when paired with the pen. My sister is in graduate school and I have seen her download articles and take notes directly on the tablet without having to print, which saves her time, money, and paper. The pen makes creating documents a breeze. She has been calling this tablet “sliced bread" because she believes it is the best thing since sliced bread, LOL. I can really see how it is making her school life easier. The smart select function allows for great photo editing, I was able to take a picture and select the parts that I wanted to expand. My sister takes lots of pictures and video so having the opportunity to add a external memory card is a plus. I really enjoyed the short time she allowed me to explore the Galaxy S6 Lite Tablet, I would recommend this item it brings connection, functionality, and innovation to the next level.

When I powered on the tablet for the very first time I couldn’t help but notice the vibrant colors and how light weight the tablet was. Set up was very easy and user-friendly a child could do it. So the very first thing after set up I did was take pictures, and let me just tell you absolutely amazing! The pictures are so vibrant and clear, they really resemble professional pictures! I take the tablet everywhere with me it fits perfectly in my purse or my bag. We just went out of town and drove 5 hrs and after watching movies and playing games as well as doing some work the battery life was amazing! And we didn’t have to charge the tablet up until late that night which was about 8/9 hours later. And the connection is even better, we didn’t lose connection the entire time, I was very surprised how strong and smooth it ran. I would most definitely recommend this product to anybody that’s looking for a new modern and sleek tablet! Thank you Samsung for a great product.

I have been using another brand for years now and had been wanting to try Samsung so I jumped on the opportunity to get the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. First of all its all in the name, this tablet is indeed for lightweight! It’s sleek in profile as I had never noticed how heavy my other tablet is until holding the Galaxy Tab, and I love it for that simple fact but it doesn’t stop there. This Tablet charges so fast I couldn’t believe it! Not only does it charge fast but I can use it for a full day before needing to charge again. The setup was very easy to navigate which I appreciated because this is my first Samsung device. The picture screen quality is crystal clear. Now onto the pen, I am blown away by this pen! I design flyers on the side locally and the accuracy of this pen is everything I have been looking for. The precision of the drawings I can make is astounding! If you are looking into a tablet with a pen for drawings, designs, editing or anything in between get the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite ASAP! This Tablet as includes Microsoft Office which I appreciate to get my work done. The tablet also has great sound quality compared to other tablets I have, you can turn up the speakers and hear sound far away. Storage capability is very good in keeping my documents as well as videos, apps, etc. I haven’t had to purchase additional storage which I appreciate! I have never used a galaxy brand tablet before, so my expectations weren’t as high as they should have been. But I was blown away!!! It is easy to set up, allowed mirroring to my galaxy phone and so quick! Battery power is stellar here as well, lasting the entire day while being used consistently for grab and go look ups and keeping the kids occupied on the go! The camera is comparable to the galaxy phone and o was impressed with that! I’m not used to a tablet being compared to to the phone on that quality level for a camera. The stylus that was with, we did keep loosing. I wish there was a better storage option for that, but in the grand scheme, that is small Apples. Internet access was a breeze when paired with my WIFI either at home or on the go. I love that it it so light and fits easily in my handbag! I am just impressed! And for the price, you seriously need this.

The pictures came out real with bright colors, and while watching movies on Netflix, the background pictures of the movies came out so clear with good sound volume. This is the best tablet running android, with a lasting battery of 13 hours, wow.

First of all I have another brand that I have used for quite some time, decided to give the Galaxy tab S6 Lite with S Pen. Immediately noticed that it charged a lot faster than I was used to. The set up was a breeze, compared to my other tablets. The screen picture quality is amazing! Now I’m by zero means a tech savvy person, therefore I cannot give you a technical review of tech logistics. As a person of limited technology expertise I set this up in no time. My daughter is much better with technology (she is 11 years old). She has her own tablet and said this is far better quality, her other tablet is a high quality product. The pen that was included was one of her favorite new products she had tried. She loves art and to draw, she said that it was wonderful and made art and picture altering a breeze for what she has mastered at this point. The button on the pen gives you a whole new set of editing, and drawing options that you don’t have if you do not have pen. So glad that we have this tablet, would recommend this product to anyone most definitely!

Pretty light weight and comes with the pen which is pretty neat and easy to use. It charges quickly and is very easy to use. The camera is excellent better than my cell phone which is pretty nice, you can use the video chat feature and it is so clear and the volume is pretty loud. Connects easily to wifi and to blue tooth and can even plug in your headphones. You can also use the wireless headphones connecting to the Bluetooth. I definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a really good tablet. The specs are great for a tablet and the storage is also very good. Two thumbs up

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A classy mid-tier option This is a solid tablet. We have used it for about 10 days now, and my husband is thrilled with it. When I do get the chance to use it, it's been great for me. The best part is our daughter has been getting tremendous use out of the art offering with the S Pen. The ways she is able to collaborate with her friends and teachers (she's using it for summer classes to get ahead as she starts middle school) is just awesome to see. The battery life allows her to create content all day, and still allow the family time to enjoy it in the evening - watching Netflix while out in the back yard (the video is super even in sunlight, and the audio is surprisingly good for something in such a small package), playing games, or watching her newest YouTube creation. The technical specs are fine & what you'd need from a good tablet, but the enjoyment we all get from it is the main thing for me. The pricing is great for what you get, and the addition of a 3rd party case was all we needed to make the package complete for us.

The screen is definitely a plus! The pen is very sleek and the point on it makes it easier to click on things. The apps it has to use the pen is amaZing and also has a kid app! Rated 5 out of 5 by from Flimsy Junk i have a note3 that my 3 year old neice is running around with that still works. i've had several samsung phones since that and have never broken a screen. this thing slid off the couch within 12 hours of purchase, denting the corner and shattering the screen. that's a 2 foot fall and it didn't land square on the corner. the frame is just flimsy and the glass is low quality. i bought this (~$300) to upgrade from my fire hd tablet (~$120). the s6 screen, when working, is not as nice as the fire's and the general fit and finish of the tab pales in comparison to the amazon tablet that cost a third as much.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No official replacement tips for S6 Lite's S Pen!! i like this tablet for its note taking ability. but the unavailability of official replacement tips for the s pen makes using the s pen more stressful. right now, if your s pen tip gets damaged after use there are only two options, 1. purchase a new s pen 2. replace s pen with an alternative stylus. i really wanted to like the s pen, but i am afraid that once it is damaged i will have to shell out $50 more to get a replacement. :-(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This Tablet's a Winner This Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, 64GB, Oxford Gray (Wi-Fi) with S Pen Is really nice. This is my very first tablet and I am Very excited about it. I used the Smart Switch feature (app) and added the things from My phone onto the tablet with just a few clicks. The tablet set up is now exactly like my phone! It's very lightweight and easy to use. And let's not forget about the battery life, GOODNESS it seems to lasts forever! The screen is big enough to actually watch television and movies. The browsing was easy and really quick. Memory can be added by using a MicroSD card! The cons I have is that the screen looks different from my tablet. It looks like a LED LIGHT vs the actual screen. Also where is my pen supposed to go? I have nowhere to store it. Lastly, you have to use a new SD card. It would not let me use a card I already had. Overall this Samsung tablet is a deal.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Well rounded tablet for everyday use! This is my first time trying a Samsung tablet and I'm definitely impressed by its design. I love the included S pen since I like to hand write things and doodle randomly sometimes. It's also very useful when I edit photos and create contents. This tablet has so many features I'm exploring more everyday! (a tutorial would be nice!) The book cover is another really cool accessory for the tablet because it's magnetic and very well made. It serves as a stand by itself since you can bend it certain ways. The tablet screen size is perfect for me to take on the go (instead of hauling my laptop around). It's great for pretty much everything! Including watching videos, checking emails, reading e-books, and all the daily tasks. The screen is very clear looking but can get quite smudgy, which is to be expected with any touchscreen device. The long-lasting battery life is another plus that makes it great for traveling. Lastly but not the least, I absolutely LOVE the fact that it has a microSD card slot!! For me that hugely increases the productivity value of this tablet. The one and only downside I have experienced so far is that this tablet is a bit heavy especially when I use it for reading. It's not the most ergonomic to hold with or without the case on. My hands do get tired from holding this up. This tablet is so close to being perfect!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from High Quality Tablet Overall I love the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite tablet that I have received. It has a large 10.4 screen size and it is of light weight size. Upon first unboxing the tablet from the packaging I discovered it comes with a tablet pen called S Pen. S Pen allows you to use it as input to click, write, draw, drag, and with on screen keyboard. I tested this S Pen with my cellular smartphone and it would not work as it has a special technology that works directly with the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite. Upon usage of the tablet it charges fast and lasts for hours on end with battery life. The tablet feels very confortable in my hands to hold and is not slippery at all. Also watching videos is amazing as the sound quality is loud and very crisp and clear and I was very amazed. I really like the fast and very quick responsiveness out the the tablet when multitasking and changing from application to application. The camera quality is very high quality better than most smart phones I would say. I would really highly recommend this tablet to anyone looking for a great tablet that actually works good under usage of multiple applications.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use This is my first time using an android tablet. I really like the overall design of it. It’s slim and lightweight. The size is perfect. You can slip into a mini backpack or small purse. It’s a great on the go tablet. It was very easy to set up and install all my favorite apps. There are two places to get spa from so that was a difference I wasn’t used to. There is the google store and the galaxy store. The streaming quality is fantastic. I was very impressed with the picture quality too. This lite version has less memory space but I feel like it’s plenty for the typical user. I enjoy having another portable device other than my phone to take places to keep up with social media or watch movies in bed. There are lots of cool features as well than I’m still learning about. I would definitely recommend this over other tablets on the market.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great, innovative product The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite was a powerful tablet in a somewhat small size. It is a very sleek tablet and you can use the stylus to have a more precise control of it. The tablet ran a long time on the battery life it started with and charged with no issues. The apps were easy to install and worked great with the tablet. I like that I can easily take this with me on the go. The sound quality is exceptionally well I don't have to have the sound up very high and can still clearly hear the audio. The camera quality is great too not only does the camera itself capture quickly the quality is great it doesnt apperlar grainy. I love taking videos on it because it captures the sounds in the video perfectly. Storage wise this has done well in keeping my documents and photos/videos without needing additional storage.

The pen is a great feature because it is much easier to personalize or draw something on the tablet and much quicker too. The picture quality is fantastic and the speed of the tablet is impressive as well. The sound quality is excellent, no muffled sounds whatsoever. Whether it's for music or watching a show, the sound is top notch. The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is very user friendly, in fact, my 9-year-old daughter was able to set it up for me and she was able to find all of the apps she wanted very quickly. This tablet has a long lasting battery that surprised even me after a full day of use, it lasts for up to 13 hours and it charges quickly as well. I was very pleased with the lightweight feature of the tablet, it's very easy to grab and hold with just one hand without that one hand getting tired. The tablet itself is very sleek and there are so many cases to choose from to help protect it. If you want a tablet with a clear picture, quality sound, fast speed and unlimited options for performance, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is a great tablet choice!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Lite Device! I am really enjoying my Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, my family is jealous that I get to keep it for my self! First the feels! This tablet is slim yet it does not make me feel like I am going to drop it nor does it feels like it will slip out of my hands, that is thanks to the smooth, matte finish surface on the back face of the tablet. Slim yes! Sturdy OH YES! It feels very sturdy it feels good in the hands not flimsy or too delicate, which is great for me! This tablet looks very slick and professional, I wouldn't doubt a second to pull it out at work to take notes or save dates in my calendar. The sound, oh the sound. You can tell it's AKG dual speakers are doing their job and they are great at it! I have a very busy household, 4 kids and a husband, and even when all of them are doing their own thing around me I can still hear my tablet loud, crisp and clear! I really enjoy the sound. The screen feels amazing when drawing or writing notes with the SPen, it is smooth, but gives you the feedback and feel as if you were writing on paper almost. The SPen feels very good to hold and attaches magnetically to the tablet. I am yet to find if the tablet can alert you of the SPen being too far from it. The colors of the display are very vivid and watching HD videos or movies is a pleasure to the eyes, this is something my 7 year old son has been enjoying very much for the last couple of days! There is only one thing, that while is not the end of the world it is the sole reason as to why four stars. Even though the tablet has fast charging capabilities it comes with a regular charger, that said, I have been using it for three days straight and only charged twice (I did this to see how long the battery life is) and the battery was never below 15% by the time I plugged it in. I think having a fast charger would've been a nice little extra. I see my self enjoying my Samsung Galaxy S6Tab Lite for many years to come.

He fell in love with the case that’s magnified so there is no need to attach it to a sleeve or anything. It is a plastic cover that feels very thick and of good quality. He loves that there is a pen too! When you open the case to the tablet the pen is magnetically held on in the middle. I’ve never seen anything like This! The color is sharp, the tablet is super fast and setting it up to his phone was way too easy! It took seconds! How impressive! This surpasses any other tablet we have and that is on the market today!!!

Quick and easy setup with a few tweaks here or there to get it customized to my liking. Screen is large at 10.4 ' and the resolution comes in at 2000X1800 . The screen is bright and crisp and Comics look absolutely AMAZING on this tablet. There is more than enough room to hold multiple pictures, videos and apps while still leaving more than enough room for whatever else your heart desires. The battery holds for more than 5 hours of your day and the charging is quick. This tablet comes with a stylus pen and is perfect for all of your browsing needs. I would highly recommend this tablet for anything looking for a fast, good quality tablet with an amazing crisp picture.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Budget Tablet with Fancy Features I have to admit that historically, I haven't loved Android tablets. Even though I have used Android phones for years, I never really felt that the Android OS fit a tablet. Now, however, I'm happy to say that I feel it works very well. Having used the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 as my daily driver for years, it's amazing how similar they are, and that makes the learning curve easy. The S-Pen is magnetic which is a huuuuuuuuge improvement over the competition. Having a button on it is helpful as well for erasing things. The screen is vibrant and large with really deep colors and a wide color gamut. Additionally, the tablet is very fast and can deal with multiple apps running at once without an issue. The addition of expandable memory is still something that I wonder why the competition has not implemented. Unfortunately, there are a few negatives, but that's expected with any product. First, the parental controls are nowhere near as nice as on the competition. If you are using this exclusively to occupy your children and that is important to you, think twice. Secondly, the camera situation is disappointing. In an age when phones are coming with increasing numbers of lenses with different optical properties to get the best shot, this tablet comes with one camera on the back with a 2x optical zoom and one on the front, and neither of them exactly blew me away. They are completely serviceable, but I feel they could have done more, especially given that phones are able to do more with less space. Still, I feel that this is a good value tablet, and I could see it being a good choice for many people. If you want a tablet that will not break the bank and can live with a few downsides, I recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Galaxy Tab S6 Lite Overall, I am very impressed by this tablet. It was very easy to use for someone who has another Samsung products such as the Note 9. The interface is user-friendly and intuitive. Everything came nicely packaged and it was a quick set-up. It is very polished and appears to be durable. I opted to use the Samsung case to store it, but I did not add a screen protector. Right off the bat, one suggestion I have is to get a different way to store the S-Pen. It is magnetic which is a huge improvement over the major competitor's non-magnetic pen. However, it is easily knocked-off in my experience. As someone who takes a lot of photos, I do appreciate the 5- and 8-megapixel cameras. They certainly aren't going to take the quality of photos you would want for serious photography situations, but they work well for videochatting, quick selfies, and everyday needs. I found the camera settings to be very similar to my Note 9, which most users will appreciate. The size is very comfortable for reading a book or surfing the internet. It is easy to hold and large enough to read text easily. It would make a great tablet for someone who plans to use it as an e-reader or casual usage. I personally found the face unlock to be slightly hit or miss, but it works well in good lighting. The S-Pen adds many nice features for notetaking or use as a stylus if you prefer that. The SD slot is nice so that you don't have to worry about running out of storage, a strength over the major competition. The battery life was phenomenal. I think that is a definite strength of this tablet. One feature that I was less than impressed with was the kid’s options. On the competitor, I can lock my child down to a single app, set a timer, and it does the work. On the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, I found the kids features to be very limited in options. I also did not appreciate that Samsung added default apps to the kid’s app that cannot be deleted. I do wish Samsung could improve the kids features to make it easier for parents to control. Again, overall, I was very impressed with this tablet. It would be very useful to someone who needs the functions but is not a heavy user. I would recommend it to people and plan to get lots of use out of it in the future.

I absolutely love this tablet the resolution it’s amazing the speed of transition between apps was pretty good and the camera it’s very sharp I downloaded a couple of games and you can tell that the processor it’s on point it doesn’t lag or crash like my old pad also the pen it’s very responsive ( i am not a fan of pens but this one takes the prize as the best one so far) now let’s talk about the look it’s very sleek the display to screen ratio it’s sooooo good it’s definitely a top notch pad that keeps surprising as i used it has become my every day tablet highly recommended

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Price is good but performance is poor this tablet is slow to process web sites on both chrome and edge. websites get stuck and you have to wait for the error message to pop up in order to clear the screen and start over. overall i would have spent a little more money for a faster tablet but expected web site to load quicker. i use this tablet for web access , email and some streaming.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tablet i have a samsung p200 tab a 8". other than bigger screen, 4gb ram, they are about the same to me. i am not a heavy user and i don't play app/mobile game. screen is bright enough so i don't get the oled vs lcd. what i have notice so far, is there is slight lag between click on my s6 lite, not sure if that is normal. i don't get that on my tab a thou. not annoying enough for me to complain. but just pointing it out. i really don't have much complain. thou, i do wish samsung allow non-cellular version to disable phone and contact stock app. we ( or at least i don't need that )

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Functional and beautiful -- perfect for college i am able to take notes for a lecture, access school documents and sign them, attend my classes, etc. i love taking notes on here because i can engage in the material more and it gives an easy way to make pdf/epub textbooks accessible and digestible. i recently watched a movie the other day and i couldn't believe how gorgeous the display is. i've ran several apps at one time and the processor doesn't seem to have an issue. on top of that, the wacom stylus makes it so easy to do drawings! the only thing i ask is if samsung can make a way to hook up to pc so i can use my tablet as a wacom tablet and access all of my creative cloud products remotely. if you are a student this will help you for sure :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from No Manual! i am a new tablet user. however, i have an android phone. that is why i chose this tablet. the tablet came with no user instructions at all. no manual. i find when i google instructions i find conflicting information so i would prefer a user instruction guide for this particular product. i really liked the product but could not spend the amount of time it would require to learn to use it efficiently. i returned it and am very disappointed. how hard would it be to include a user guide?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Tablet for a nice price my last tablet was a galaxy tab a; wanted to upgrade and pass the tab a on to my wife. my daughter had recently upgraded her tablet to an s6 lite and, after checking it out, as well as reading several reviews, decided on going with it as well. very glad i did; it meets all my needs/wants in regards to size, speed, functionality and (storage) expandability for a very nice price (in comparison to the surface pros and ipads i've owned). plan on buying another as a gift for my college-bound granddaughter and have already recommended to a couple of family members .. one of which has decided to replace his ipad for one after using mine.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Touch Screen Defect (even after repair) too many corners were cut in making this device. as a student, this was perfect for note-taking. however, i quickly noticed that the touch screen was sometimes inaccurate. certain areas of the screen were not accurate with the s-pen, making it very difficult to write on the tablet without noticing this annoying defect every time i wrote. see video for example. i requested service for the device and after waiting more than 3 weeks for the device to be shipped back, the tablet still had the issue. it is absurd to have to get a device repaired twice for the same exact issue. they also removed the device from my products for some reason. save yourself the hassle! there are clear quality control issues and cut corners that make this device a huge disappointment.

My issue is the keyboard, The space bar doesn't always space and the letters randomly jump back to other parts in the sentence, so you have to constantly stop and correct. I've never had an issue like this before and it is most frustrating.
