Update to my prior review....
I finally was able to figure out where the power cable (included connects to get power for this expansion card in my Inspiron 3650. The card now works fine and had there been any more precise directions about connecting to the computer provided by the vendor this really would have been incredibly simple to install. The connection was actually there all along, just not where you would be expecting to find it. Anyway I now must retract my previous 1 star rating and give it a 5 star review. If you want to add (2)more USB 3.0 ports to a 3650, this works!

To much of a head ach
I get errors with this card in my dell and have found that sometimes I have to uninstall and reinstall it to get it to work

Very useful card.
Works fine. Good to be able to add 3.0 usb to an older machine; get a few more years out of it.
