Perfect replacement
Ordered the battery to replace one that had died. Came well packaged and was a direct replacement. I only needs to charge it up before loading the UPS and it works perfectly.

Half dead battery.
The new battery must have been on the shelf a long time as the run time at no load was short. I wish you had a similar cost LI solution for home use.

They work but get delivered incorrectly assembled
I had to disassemble and reassemble as the batteries were put together backwards.. very annoying with the plastic covering I had to peel off

This is my second replacement battery for my UPS. Each battery has lasted several years past the warranty time. I'm very happy with APC.
