What do you like best about the product?

Microsoft 365 gives you ease use between applications such as Excel, Powerpoint, Access, Powerbi etc. It makes integration seamless and transfer of data seamless so that we can build dashboard and presentation with real time data.

What do you dislike about the product?

Mostly I dislike signing into MS 365 all the time from our company's firewall. Other than that, it is a great product.

What do you like best about the product?

Microsoft offers many features with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Spreadsheets. It's fairly easy to use and navigate through their products. Plus, many people are familiar with the products.

What do you dislike about the product?

No automatic external storage in the cloud. I've tried using OneNote but for some reason, I would lose my projects and not be able to recover them. This was very frustrating and because it happened a few times, I stopped using the product.

What do you like best about the product?

Have all the applications I need for working and also for personal use. Admin interface is powerfull. OneDrive is more stable.

What do you dislike about the product?

No downsides I can think of right now. OneDrive was hit and miss for a while but now seems to be stable. Unless you sync GB of files. I that case it can cause problems.

What do you like best about the product?

The first thing is that I can create an account with an existing email account from a different provider. This eliminates the need for a password and I can sign-in by sending a code to my email. The next thing I like is that 1 TB of Cloud Storage is bundled in my plan along with all the other productivity tools. I also get 60 AI credits per month to make use of AI in the tools.

What do you dislike about the product?

If you do not use the products extensively, then the monthly payments do seem expensive. Also, unlimited AI credits need to be included in the paid plans.

What do you like best about the product?

Microsoft 365 is helpful because it provides a comprehensive, cloud-based suite of productivity tools that enhance collaboration, security, and efficiency. Multiple people can work on Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents simultaneously. Work from any device with an internet connection. Automatic syncing ensures files are up to date across devices

What do you dislike about the product?

Microsoft pushes frequent updates, and sometimes they introduce bugs or changes that disrupt workflows. Instead of a one-time purchase, you have to pay a recurring fee, which can get expensive over time.
