We can all the day to day needs in our business environment using excel, word and presentations.

PDF export using excel can be better using excel and word.

I appreciate how OneDrive syncs my files, allowing me to access them from anywhere without needing my work computer. This enhances my flexibility to work remotely. Outlook has improved its search function, making it easier to manage emails and search documents in SharePoint. I find the automatic backup feature very useful as it ensures my files are always saved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the online editing capabilities, particularly when multiple people are collaborating on a document, to be challenging. The web app for Microsoft Word does not handle formatting as well as the desktop version, which creates difficulties. Additionally, the Copilot AI functionality is not impressive; I see it as a distraction rather than a helpful tool. It doesn’t meet my expectations for tasks like generating emails, and I still rely on alternatives like ChatGPT and other AI tools for better results.

It's very familiar and is easy to use if you have used desktop MS Office

Nothing- it works as expected and has all normal features I have been using since 1997

I like having access to all my programs in one area to make it easy and convenient to access everything. It's also nice to login just 1 time to access everything. I also like the security Microsoft provides to keep my data safe.

I really don't have any dislikes because I've not experienced any issues using Microsoft 365 for business and on my personal laptop.

It's user friendly. it's easy to learn also no need any extra skills to handle this. Features are good. Customer support.
